Purpose of Our Services

Purpose & Personality provides faith based education, mentorship, spiritual development, prayer, and related resources designed to help believers deepen their relationship with God, develop discernment, understand their gifting, and grow in confidence and maturity.

Our services are educational and mentorship based in nature.

Not Professional Advice

Content, mentorship, prayer, teaching, and other services provided by Purpose & Personality are not substitutes for licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling.

Spiritual Mentorship

Spiritual mentorship is intended to provide education, encouragement, prayer, perspective, and guidance.

Purpose & Personality does not guarantee a particular spiritual, personal, financial, professional, relational, or other outcome from participation in any session, program, cohort, mentorship experience, or resource.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, beliefs, and interpretations.

1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions with Shawana provide individualized mentorship and space for conversation, prayer, discernment, and spiritual development.

Sessions are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or professional mental health services.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time and attending scheduled appointments.

Specific policies regarding rescheduling, cancellations, missed appointments, and refunds may be provided during the booking process and become part of the terms applicable to that booking.

Prophetic Mentorship Collective

The Prophetic Mentorship Collective is an ongoing mentorship experience that may include group Bible study, corporate prayer, individual mentorship, educational materials, community participation, or other resources described at the time of enrollment.

Program components, schedules, and availability may be adjusted when reasonably necessary.

Any recurring payment, cancellation, or membership terms applicable to the Collective will be disclosed before enrollment.

Prophetic + Intercessor Cohort

The Prophetic + Intercessor Cohort is an educational and developmental experience intended to provide biblical teaching, practical application, guided activation, and opportunities for participants to develop their understanding and discernment.

Participation does not guarantee any particular outcome, level of spiritual development, ministry position, title, or opportunity.

Payments

Prices for paid offerings will be displayed at the time of purchase or registration.

By purchasing an offering, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount disclosed at checkout.

If an offering involves recurring payments, the frequency and amount of those payments will be disclosed before enrollment.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary by offering.

Any specific policy presented during registration, checkout, or booking will apply to that purchase and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Participants are responsible for reviewing applicable policies before completing a purchase or booking.

Community Conduct

Purpose & Personality is committed to maintaining spaces where participants can learn, ask questions, practice, and grow respectfully.

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully, honor the privacy of others, and refrain from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or misuse of community spaces.

Purpose & Personality reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation when conduct materially interferes with the safety, privacy, integrity, or purpose of a program or community.

Confidentiality and Group Participation

Purpose & Personality values privacy and encourages participants in group experiences to respect the confidentiality of personal information and experiences shared by others.

However, Purpose & Personality cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Participants should use appropriate discretion when sharing sensitive information in group environments.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, written materials, educational resources, graphics, program materials, recordings, worksheets, presentations, and other original content provided by Purpose & Personality are owned by or licensed to Purpose & Personality and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Materials are provided for your personal, noncommercial use unless written permission is provided otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, teach from, or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization.

Recordings

Certain group programs, workshops, classes, or virtual experiences may be recorded.
